You may experience loud sounds, intense audio, jump scares, atmospheric conditions, small spaces, strobe lights, low light, darkness, air blasts, shocks, uneven ground, creepy clowns, and unruly specters. Nile Nightmares Haunted House reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or persons. There are no refunds for any reason, Nile Nightmares reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You (and your entire group) will not be admitted, or will be removed, if any of the rules are not followed. I understand that I am expected to keep myself, and group, physically distanced at a minimum of 6 feet from other groups, will observe and practice safe and healthy CDC suggested protocols, and will do my part to ensure safety at all times. On my behalf, I (or on the behalf of my children), hereby release covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless NNHH, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation NNHH attendance. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at NNHH. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to ir infected by COVID-19 at NNHH may result from my actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, NNHH employees, owners, and contractors. By agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending NNHH and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Nile Nightmares Haunted House (NNHH) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 however, NNHH, cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. As a result, Federal, State, and County Health Agencies recommend social distancing. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. Not really scary, but entertaining and most likely 11 up could handle it.Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19, the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. was a let down when they was nothing to scare us. ![]() but while in line they were getting us freaked out for scary stuff. ![]() By the end I was looking forward to it ending. ![]() It consisted of moving from room to room for skits. I attended in Oct 2015 because is was supposed to be scary. It was a great time but not scary Scare Factor: I do agree with others that it's not as scary as you think it will be going in, but it had its moments and a great time was had by all! I'd go again next year! A Fun night out!. The acting was fantastic! The story line and skits were great. Set designs are awesome! Go get spooked at Nightmare Vermont!!! You will be glad you did! Scare Factor: You will be thrilled and chilled by noteworthy entertaining actors in some very spooky and creepy costumes. Email Verified A SCARY, WELL DONE CHARITY EVENT!!!īE Prepared to SCREAM!!!!!! After attending Nightmare Vermont, I have to tell you that you have to go!! If you want to be scared in a delightfully spooky and creepy way, and you want to help a charity organization raise money for a great cause, this is a fall must! Fantastic actors have volunteered their time and efforts to put this together.
